[TYPO3] Detail page extension not shown at TER at typo3.org

There a some extension on the TER t typo3.org that i'm unable to download, 
simply because the 'detail' links shows the 'TER New and Updated' items. 
Others work fine. Is this because Rubert is still working on it, or did he 
just missed some links?

For instance:
