Here for example, if you compare it to what you see in the OOo file all 
the level 4 and 5 headers here have been ignored.  Bold to, can I use bold?

Here is an example of images with orange background. There doesn't seem 
to be anything, above it, below it and next to the image is just 
bodytext style (look in the OOo file).
