Hello Stephen,
oh, really looks strange.
I think I found it - please open the manual with OpenOffice at page 5,
switch an the paragraph-signs and look at the header of "FlexForm Tab:
General"
Before it you've got an EMPTY paragraph of header 3! I copy this in my
test-manual and will see if this effect will happen there, too.

the missing header: go to page 22, the header "Item" is bold - I think
that's the reason it doesn't get rendered as header. remove the style of
this one and re-assign it as header 3.
no, bold style is not possible yet, also no italic.

an ordering list 1. 2. 3. does work, if you do it like here

in the manual.sxw of the ext "doc_template" it's page 6.
I first make ready some tasks I have, then I ask Robert for the extkey
of the TER-renderer. So I can optimize it. But first I've got to finish
the tasks I started.
