I think it really would need to give some feedback on situations like this:

* "can't undelete, since another required record has been deleted as well"
* "records needed to be restored as well: ..."
* "Do you want to restore all required records as well? [yes|no]"

I am aware this would require some additional work and might not be a
five-minute work but _something_ like this is the only clean solution imho.

Another leaner solution would be to check on the rootline while
undeleting and just undeleting pages on the rootline as required without
any further interaction.

just some quick feedback on this matter.
