[Typo3-dev] Is ist possible to reopen a bug? (XP SP2 + RTE)

No, it's really a bug and thank you very much for reminding us.

It has been forgotton to ship the latest CVS version of the RTE with 
3.7.0 RC2.

Thanks to your mail we are now able to fix that for the final release, 
so just wait for that and it should work.
