[Typo3-dev] Is it possible to reopen a bug? (XP SP2 + RTE)

Hi again!

At first i correct my mistype from the subject ;)

Oh, I see that i did a mistake in my post. I wrote:
"I tried with 3.7.0-dev from today and the newest tx_news"
but i meant:
"I tried with 3.7.0-dev from today and the newest tx_rte"

I already downloaded the cvs version when the bug was marked as resolved 
at bugs.t3.org, but here the problems remain the same :(
The error message our editors get is stated in my latest bugnote there.
