[Typo3-dev] Kickstarter not in extmanager menu ?

I'm programming TYPO3 to try insert hook entry point in the core source.

The message copied from my previous mail was displayed by the extension 
manager when I ask the info about the kickstarter.

I've Installed the nightly snapshot and updated it from the CVS.

My TYPO3 website is an upgrade from a 3.6.2 which has a kickstarter 
installed.

It may result with some database corruption between the 2 version.

I'm gonna try a install with a dummy package. And one with the snapshot 
unupdated.

Is their any document about installing a CVS version ?
