[Typo3-dev] Kick starter not in extmanager menu ?

Please don't use the CVS version unless you know what you're doing!
It can act like a virus, it will probably sweep the whole harddisk. Later on
it will destroy your car and finally bunk with your wife...

Hard but true. Please wait for an official release.
