[Typo3-dev] Kickstarter not in extmanager menu ?

Hi Sylvain!

The kickstarter for 3.7 has changed a lot and is basically a new 
extension. The "old" kickstarter for 3.5/6 will not work as an extension 
anymore. You need to check out tx_kickstarter from cvs and rename the 
directory to kickstarter if you want to try out the new version (which 
does not have any exiting new features yet, but has been modified a lot 
under the hood).
