[TYPO3-about] Anti-harrasment policy for our events?

Hello there,

As far as I see it, the COC covers it all. Be considered, be
respectful. If you cannot manage that then an additional policy will
not change it. Common sense and common courtesy should (SHOULD) cover
anything ambigeous.

Although of course, since we humans seems to lack both in large
quantities, I suppose we do need explicit behaviour rules, even though
it is an impossible feet to write all of them down and someone will
always come along with the defense 'Well it ain't written down so you
can't punish me for it!'...

What I do agree though, is that we should put in place... thingies
(forgot the word for it, sorry) to give 'victims' better opportunities
to 'report' unconsidered/disrespectful behaviour without any
repercussion to them and of course act in a professional, yet swift
manner to such. What exactly that means and entails, I'm not sure
though. I gonna leave it to the more intelligent people around here to
think on that. :)

Kind regards
Stefan
