If you really need it, IMHO a price of 35,- EU per account should be
affordable.

And if your whole business depends on it, I guess it would have been
possible to ask the people there about the options you get with these
accounts yourself.

If this was the reason for people to cancel the trip, IMHO this simply is a
sign for a very unprofessional behaviour.
