[TYPO3-t3board] T3BOARD07 strange behaviour

Hey Adrian!

Seems like this year many factors have to be taken into account. First 
of all, it's a heck of a ride to get there. Then, snow-conditions are 
far from perfect. Combining that with the network issues mentioned above 
might suffice for some people to cancel the whole thing.

On the other hand there certainly are other reasons like illness, 
accidents or whatever... but these are most certainly a minority.

I can not support any other reasons and I would definitely vote to 
change the registration system.
