Hi mattes,

I think Bernds and Lars suggestion which is to give the first registrants  a 
period of 10 weekdays to make the transfer is fair regardless of where in the 
world they live, then it is next in line - _combined_ with the quota-scheme I 
suggested which we can extend with reserved space for active members if you 
like.

I'm willing to call this research - no problem - but what is the result of the 
research do you think? What is to be learned? That the chances were uneven or 
that someone will always bitch?
