I think we learned that both methods (last tours and the next tour) 
won't work out fine.
Thus I will ave to invest some brainwork to find a solution that is as 
fair as possible (though i think 80% fairness might be possible ;-)) 
while still fitting all of our ideas.

I don't think somebody is bitchting - bitching (to me) is whining around 
without a reason. Everybddy here got reasons and they are valid.
