When I say that, those people just do not see the real benefit of it... 
That's at least what I experience very often.

Microdrive is quite slow. And funnily those Compact Flash got larger (4GB) 
and cheaper then microdrive at the same time. When I got my microdrive, CFII 
cost twice as much!

www.depreview.com has been a good resource, but they did not update their 
CF-pages for a long time, so it doesn't make any sense at the moment. But 
there should be tests comparing cards...

I had my D100 on the slopes all the time :) Worked well, but now my 28-70 
does make a funny noise when focusing... It it's a little harder to focus as 
well. I think I have to send it in after the tour.
