[Neos] About Folder Images

Hey Jean!
Public resources that come with your package and persistent data that you
upload are a completely different thing: your media assets will always be
stored in /Data/Persistent/Resources if you use a default media adapter. Of
course you can write your can write your own media adapter that would allow
you to do it the way you want, but why would you? For example you can use
media from Dropbox or other cloud storage with custom adapter.
