Thanks, works fine now!

I stored my Settings.yaml in /Packages/Sites/My.package/Configuration/ and add a new Group like Carsten explained.

My second fault was that I've not added a Content-Element to this group, yet. I expected that the group title appears in the "New Content Element Dialog" without an element. But the new group doesn't appear...
Then I added a element to the new group and it appears in the dialog, yeah ;)
