[Neos] Comments Needed: Moving Page and Shortcut from Neos to NodeTypes

FYI: Sebastian agreed to the suggestion to leave shortcut in the Neos 
pacakge (via IRC).
We only need to decide whether we do need a subtype (like ShortcutPage) 
in the Neos.NodeTypes package. Currently I don't really see a convincing 
reason to do so, especially because the shortcut template shouldn't be 
altered usually.
