No, not at all. Behaviour-Driven Development is mainly a response to 
Test Driven Development [1] so your subject should read "TDD vs BDD".

I would love to enforce BDD styled tests in FLOW3/Phoenix. But 
unfortunately the PHPUnit implementation [2] seems to be quite poor..
