Have a look at the currently developed MVC framework for extensions [1] 
scheduled for TYPO3 4.3. It's a backport of the FLOW3 MVC subpackage and 
sticks to the paradigms of FLOW3.

But maybe "EXT:thebridge" [2] is the right thing for you (although it's 
an experimental "glue").
