[FLOW3-general] Neos installed, home page of demo comes up, but thats it

Do you have access to a php error log? Please check that after getting 
this error. You should find more information in there. Problem is that 
this exitcode "9" returned from a subrequest and there the real error 
happens. As far as I know the code "9" is not sent by us, so there must 
be a problem with the PHP settings for example.

Could be the result of the same error.
