[FLOW3-general] Neos installed, home page of demo comes up, but thats it

Front end error was related to this bug: 
http://forge.typo3.org/issues/41810

Correcting it didn't sort out the back end log in problem though.  I'm 
not finding anything in the logs for this issue other then page not found:
