Now we've got F3 beta, very nice ! thanks guys, nice work!

Tell me pls, what is your favourite translation tool (probably third 
part) to create (and manage!) localized versions of some template files. ie:

Main.xlf
   -- Main.de.xlf
   -- Main.fr.xlf

etc...

I was looking the net quite long, tested few suites, and didn't find the 
answer :/

It would be nice if we could discuss it here and describe in the 
manual's "Internatialization" part :)
