[TYPO3-windows] Perl on windows2000 server

Try a newer ics_awstats. I spent quite some time in conversation with 
the author Valentin Schmid to eliminate problems on Win servers. Works 
fine now. See my response to this posting in same list:
"cc_awstats with IIS6 under windows - logfiles in wrong format"
