[Typo3-windows] No ImageMagick install available

My setup is this:  My Apache installation is in:

	E:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache2/...

My doc_root is in:

	N:/Websites

So I had websites:

	N:/Websites/
		quickstart
		tut


My Imagemagick was initially in:

	E:/Program Files/ImageMagick/...

I could not get images to work with TYPO3 until I moved the ImageMagick
files to:

	N:/Websites/quickstart/ImageMagick

This placed them:
	1) On the same disk drive as the doc_root
	2) Under the doc_root
	3) In a path with no blanks 

I did not have time to experiment to find out which of the three (or what
combination of the three) was necessary.  Not that the website, "tut" is
also a TYPO3 website (the tutorial).  It works just fine accessing the
ImageMagick installation under the "quickstart" directory.

I have exactly the same problem.  The only way I was able to solve this was
to place all the ImageMagick files on the same disk drive as the TYPO3
installation.  In fact, they are within the same Apache docroot.

Of course there is and it works. Safe mode is off and I tried several

So I search typo3.ug.ch :Nothing about my problem!

How do I find an answer on this known problem, or better, the mentioned
HOWTO?
