Smith Lawrence did not declare any kin or relations in all his
official documents,including his Bank Deposit paperwork in my Bank. 
This sum of US$28,000,000.00 is still sitting in my Bank and the interest is
being rolled over with the principal sum at the end of each year.
No one will ever come forward to claim it. According to Laws of
Hong Kong,at the expiration of 5 (Five) years, the money will revert
to the ownership of the Hong Kong Government if nobody applies to claim
the fund.

I am presently in contact with a security company  who is based in Europe. 
They are ready to assist me in getting this money out of the bank with top 
arrangement under diplomatic cover to europe, packaging the money as consignment.
I need you to help me follow up the project since I cannot do this myself as my bank will suspect me. 
I need a total foreigner who is not known here to be in contact with this security 
company until the necessary clearance is done so that the money will be banked for 
us via their correspondent online bank in Europe.


On the conclusion of the project, we will share the money in the following ratio:
85% for me and 15% for you.

company to make you the bonafide owner of the consignment,and I will also get you a 
power of attorney to give you the legal right to do the project on my behalf. Besides,
