[TYPO3-UG US] Multi-language support

I'm with Patrick on this one.

You create one English as the "default" English and then create additional
English languages in the Brit, US, Aussie, etc. formats. This works pretty
well when you've got separate locations in these countries and want the
British office to show up instead of the Aussie.

The trick here is to use content fallback to the default English when
they're the same content.
