sell open source software to customers (not a TYPO3-specific article,
but one making open source software look awesome):

synopsis: Coverity and Stanford University completed a study which was
funded by the US Department of Homeland Security to check the defect
rate of 32 different OS programs. Compared to proprietary software,
which has an average defect rate of 20-30 defects per 1000 lines of
code, OS software in the study had 0.434 bugs per 1000 lines of code.
