[TYPO3-UG US] TYPO3-UG-US Digest, Vol 16, Issue 16

Dear Ries,
   
  Thank you so much!
  I'm new to Typo3, after testing so many CMSs.
   
  I simply copied the templates from 
  http://webempoweredchurch.com/gettingstarted/templates/repository/
   
  I did copy the Typoscript to the setup of the backend.
  then I replaced the .htaccess file with typo's setup.
   
  The typoscrip looks pointing to the right direction.
  and you can find the template here:
  http://www.bancova.com/fileadmin/templates/template2/template2/template.htm
   
  however, when you click www.bancova.com/index.php
   
  you will find blank.....
   
  i read all docs but no clue.....
  really appreciate your helps!

Dear all,

I got typo3 installed, but I cannot even make a simple front page. So I got a template from Web powered church and did every thing as required....still I got the blank front page (www.bancova.com/index.php),

could any one enlighten me on what direction I should go?

Did you set appropriate typoscript templates?

I don't know that particular template... but wec makes quality extensions
and add-ons to typo3.. I am sure there is 'something' :)

You can also come to #typo3 on irc.freenode.org, there are
always a couple of people to give a hand.
