[TYPO3-UG US] New forum on typo3.us

This looks like a great approach. I will post this on the forum, as
well, I think I am the only one here who hates forums :-) A couple of
questions/comments:

1. Are these all going to be made into separate install packages? Or
will there be just one install package with all the extensions that
are used in the different market segments?

2. Either way, we should ensure that the documentation is modular, so
that it may be reused with no or only minor edits in multiple manuals.
In many ways, this is how it is done now, but there needs to be a way
to make it friendlier in finding the material you need.
