[TYPO3-UG US] Outline of "Learning TYPO3" documentation

Hi everyone,

One last update: I had a preview of the new design and architecture for
our "fake" nonprofit organization on Tuesday by our friends at Infield
Design. They did a wonderful job and this site will be "loaded" with
extensions. :) We will be getting the revised design and docs shortly.
