[TYPO3-translators] install for translation into Russian and update of extensions

Please install for translation into Russian extension: sb_portfolio, sb_portfolioextended, sb_pseo

I have noticed that the server extensions are not updated (particularly noticed it on extension news).
Is there a process of automatic (or manual) update extensions?
