[TYPO3-translators] Streamline labels for Pootle

Hello,

These (easy-to-review) patches are waiting for approval:

They will allow labels to be properly shown and handled by Pootle, thus 
helping you further localizing all versions of TYPO3.

If you did not try yet, this is an opportunity to help us and make sure 
those patches are correct (either by testing that nothing breaks and/or 
by reading the changes and ensuring nothing is wrong there).
