[TYPO3-translators] HTML entities shown in Pootle

Dear translators,

You may already have noticed that sometimes Pootle shows HTML entities
within a translation. Eg for French for project TYPO3.TYPO3.core.em:

source:
Fetch language for extension "{0}" {1} of {2}

target:
Récupération de la langue pour l'extension "{0}" {1} vers {2}

Another example I found is when having a <code> markup somewhere:

source:
For the selected languages the Extension Manager tries to download and
install translation files if available, whenever an extension is
installed. (This replaces the <code>csh_*</code> extensions that were
used to install core translations before TYPO3 version 4!)

target:
TYPO3 !)

We do not know exactly where it comes from but the fix is obvious...
Please simply correct that in your translation whenever you have such a
case where a markup in source is not shown as-this in the target.

Thanks for your effort.
