[TYPO3-translators] FYI: TYPO3 core is updated

Hi Dmitry

The translation on the translation server is actually great as it is a
centralized repository. Only problem we encountered was the fact that it is
impossible to actually see what strings have been updated or are new without
clicking and checking each file.

we check all extensions actually back with our own translation server we use
only for this purpose. Which means we have to update it again and again but
this is not a big issue IMHO.

The Thai translation is meanwhile 100% Core and lots of extensions and this
would not have been possible without central translation server. One problem
is of course that some extensions are not available like it was realty for
us!
