[TYPO3-translators] ll-xml broken merge

Hi Andres,

The llxml import feature is broken for all languages. Dmitry Dulepov, who is one of its developers, wrote the following statement on the mailing list a few days ago : 

"Official translation happens only and only on the translation server. 
Import of external files is broken and nobody currently plans to fix that. New translation system project (from GSOC) failed as far as I can see."

Someone should load the latest version of llxmltranslate from the SVN repository and work on fixing this bug. It may be no big deal...but so far noone has had the time to take care of this.
