[TYPO3-translators] ll-xml broken merge

Hi,

For a long time (definitely for some years by now) ll-xml merge has been 
broken - e.g. giving  "ERROR: Strange, the file did not contain an 
array!?" on ll-xml export file merge operation.
Is it just ll-xml merge problem with 'et' (Estonian) language or anybody 
else having this issue too?
