[TYPO3-translators] Still labels in the code instead of locallang files

Hi Kasper,

I wasn't talking about a serious bug, but was just wondering why not 
everything in the core was extracted. Most of the not-extracted items 
are admin-like, that's right. But it looks a bit messy, when you have 
mixed texts in English and the local language.
