Well, why strip of a feature that is already present? And you can mix
different media with it. Maybe slideshow is the wrong term for it - you
simply crate a playlist through which you can slide. So maybe a checkbox
'show all files in one single mediaplayer' might be more suiteable than
'slideshow'.
