[TYPO3-hci] new element wizard item "menu"

Hi!

Currently only "sitemap" is available.

But I think I want a plain menu ("menu of these pages") is also useful. In 
the wizard it should only say "menu". After creating the element you can 
change the menu type anyway.

Of course you can do that with "sitemap", but for the average user a 
sitemap and a menu are different things.
