Hi Guys,

Starting over again with my menu/icon/tab bar proposal;

Introduction:
I'm working on this because a client of mine wants it. If you like it
too, I would like to invite you to shape the direction its taking. I
want it to enable as many people as possible to implement their HCI
needs. It should also be flexible enough to allow quick changes after
a usability test. If enough people like my proposal, it might be the
default backend of TYPO3, we will see. Otherwise it will be an option
or maybe just an extension.

I already received some feedback:
- Thanks Jan-Erik for posting a patch for fixing some of my issues.
- Thanks Maximo for offering your help - when the framework is a
little more mature we need to develop some example applications for
it. It would also be great if it could allow you to implement some of
your impressive Dojo features more cleanly. In the meantime, why not
send me, say, 3 suggestions for improvements to the code?
- Thanks Erich and Patrick for suggestions about tabs, I will work on
this.

With CBS researches I will try to organize usability tests in
Copenhagen of the work. Sebastian Erlhofer - and you there? Didn't
you offer to run tests at your uni in germany? Still valid? I also
have contacts to run tests in USA.

Design: So far no one offered to work on this. I have a meeting with
a graphical designer next week in CPH who might want to supply some
icons and CSS.

No one suggested actual CSS / JS changes except Jan-ERik on my
request. I assume its not that bad then as a foundation.

We already discussed about how the framework can be used for
usability (indirectly through Erichs screenshot - thanks for being
quick). More suggestions are welcome. Tapio, where is your voice? I
wish to enable your tabbed-menu which I think is already possible.
Maybe you have more itches?

We need programmers to supply applications for the dashboard - we
will get back to that later.
