Hello everyone,

This is a SVN patch request.

Affected Extension: tx_dam version 1.1-dev

Problem: Most icons are hidden in IE when file list is viewed.

Solution: Remove the div inside a table cell. I think its just IE 
crazniess, but the div was redundant. The only thing it provided was 2px 
padding between the icons, that can be accomplished another way.
