[TYPO3-v4] New vs "Old" Extension Manager

i would like to use the new one, but i can't (it's difficult and slow) so  
i always use the old one
which since 4.5 has a major bug (at least for me: when you update an  
extension, the update page / db page doesn't get called anymore.
i have to manually go to the installed extensions-> click on the freshly  
updated ext, so i get the update db page.

(in new EM it works)

at the end: i would stay with this "hybrid" EM solution.. postponing the  
topic for 4.7
