[TYPO3-mvc] [6.x.+] DataMapper assumes that DateTime is stored in UTC, but it's not true

I switched back to timestamps instead of datetime fields to tackle the
problem for now.
But would be cool if you could test and review the patch so we can get this
fixed in the core.
