[TYPO3-ttnews] news categories & workspaces

Hi All,

I'm testing tt_news(2.5) in a typo3(4.1.1) workspace enviroment and have 
some annoying Problems.
Editing a newsrecord and previewing it in the draft workspace works 
nice, but if I change(remove,add) the categories, changes in categories 
do not effect the workspace preview.

fe I had a newsrecord with a category called 'newscat1' displayed in a 
newsplugin content element(type=latest,display news with selected 
categories OR('newscat1').

I removed the category in draft workspace => newsrecord still in draft 
preview.

After Publishing the workspace, the changes in categories are lost and 
the same as they where before in LIVE workspace.

Browsing through the database I found relations pointing to the draft 
record, these seem to remain in db if I swith versions from Live and draft.

I found some usefull information in the bugtracker, concerning 
mm-relations and versioning(http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=3907), 
last update in march. I'm quite unsure about how much relevance this 
today(4.1.1) has.
Also found something in tt_news-bugtracker, but it's even older and solved.

For me this looks like two different problems:
- Workspaces && mm-relations
- data retrieval of newsplugins && workspaces && categories

OR

I made some bad mistakes configuring and/or handling workspaces and news.

Has anybody similar Problems, or even a solution for those?
