[TYPO3-ttnews] Categories in NEW article is preset with 21 entries...

Hello all,

as I'm running out of ideas I want to ask for an idea here.

I have v2.5.0 running and recognized recently that in a brand new article,
the category list (on page Relations) already holds 21 entries, even many
repetitions of the same category and so far I don't have any idea how this
might come.

Does anyone here have an idea?
