[TYPO3-timtab] Comments and caching

Hi,

We are running a high trafic blog with Timtab and we found out the 
comments were not cached.
I believe that's the part from VE_GUESTBOOK where cache is not 
activated. Is there a way to make those comments cahced and if yes how?
We had to hide comments as for now. Which allows the website to be up 
and running even during peaks hours but it's not the best for a blog :-(
