You're right, that shouldn't be. But on the other hand, if someone
*manually* adds the pi1 (blog roll) to his page, he will normally also
include some entries to show in the blogroll. Or with other words: Users
that won't add entries into their blogroll also won't add the plugin to
their pages.

So the problem will only occur if the page is built by adding the plugin
via TypoScript setup.

I made a patch that should solve this problem and will send it to Ingo
for a review and maybe he adds it to the timtab core.
