Could you please try whether saving the onetimeaccount content element
again helps? Maybe there's some junk in the flexforms.

There are two e-mails sent upon seminar registration:

- to the attendee (the e-mail address comes from the FE user record)
- to the organizer (the e-mail address comes from the organizer record)
