[TYPO3-RTE] no links in TYPO3 4.2.2 or 4.2.3

Hi Uschi,

thanks, you showed me the right way. DAM seemed to be the problem. I used an
older version 1.1. from the trunk with more functionality but now I went
back 1.0.14 and the link handling works again. 
By the way which dam version from the trunk do you use?
